Sami has worked within the healthcare sector since 2007 and joined Cavell and Lind in 2009. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across both clinical and operational aspects of the business, playing a key role in its continued success and growth.
She has completed two apprenticeships, the first in Clinical Healthcare and the second in Business Management, providing her with a strong combination of practical healthcare knowledge and business expertise. In addition, Sami holds a Degree in Business Management, further strengthening her leadership and management capabilities.
As a proud local professional, Sami is passionate about working for an independent company and is dedicated to delivering a high-quality service tailored to each client's individual needs. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, she takes great satisfaction in supporting employees' health and wellbeing and helping them return to work safely and confidently.
Sami is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and holds an NCRQ Level 3 Certificate in Applied Health and Safety Managers. She is also a trained Occupational Health Technician, although her primary role within the business is Company Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance.
As the CQC Registered Manager, Sami is committed to maintaining excellence across all areas of the organisation, ensuring that clients receive professional, safe, and person-centered care and support.
