DR IAN JENNINGS

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH PHYSICIAN

I trained at the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, qualifying in 1993. I moved to Norfolk where I undertook my General Practice training and was a partner from 1998 until 2016. During this time, I was the Medical Officer in Charge for the Light Dragoons. I was responsible for providing primary medical care services and occupational health advice to the soldiers and their chain of command. It was here that I developed a special interest in Occupational Health Medicine.

In 2016, I was invited to join a group of doctors in Saudi Arabia. My role was to assist in setting up a pioneering community primary care service. The project was awarded best homecare healthcare provider in the Middle East.

I returned to the UK  in 2017 to work in Occupational Health and General Practice.
